Artist Statement
I am an artist who is also committed to teaching. The intensity and energy of the students at Quartz Mountain is uppermost in my memory of the experience. We shared valuable time that summer making art and talking about art. I had the privilege of witnessing the daily growth of those dedicated students. Most importantly, at session's end, the fruit of their labor resulted in an outstanding show of screen prints. My hat is off to those who make this wonderful experience possible for aspiring young artists. |
